Week 3 Day 3 2010-09-03 24 Yes... I'm still doing pushups. I took a short break when I went on vacation, and when I came back I took a little time to ease back in. I know I've said it before, but these pushups are much better in form - getting stronger I guess. I watched a friend of mine do perfect pushups - 15 of them on her very first attempt. She spurred me on to make mine look better - thanks, Lauren.
Week 6 Day 1 2010-07-28 38 Actually there is a discrepancy - I counted 39 and David counted 38. Regradless I still did not catch 40 at home!

Week 5 Day 1 2010-07-19 38 Last week I was very stiff and sore. I took one day off from push ups and did not do an exhaustion test this weekend. I think that healing time paid off, I made a personal best today. Oh so close to 40 :)

Week 1 Day 1 2010-06-16 27 107 total today. My max was 5 more than yesterday -- will I be able to get out of level one when I do my exhaustion test this week??? I'll have to max 36.
Week 5 Day 2 2010-06-15 21 Cycling through Week 5 for the 2nd time. I should have maxed 25 tonight, but collapsed in a puddle. The goal to get out of this week is to break 45. I may have to cycle through this week yet again -- it wasn't so bad to get to this point, but the trail looks ever steeper from here on out!
Week 5 Day 2 2010-06-04 22 This was my first morning with 8 sets. This week I dropped back down to column 1 because maxed 33 instead of36 last week. The last set was supposed to be a max of 25! I can see repeating this week in my future - maybe more than once. You are supposed to be able to max 45 before moving on from here.
Week 4 Day 3 2010-05-31 33 Gave myself more like 4 minutes instead of two before the final set.Can't believe I did it.
Week 4 Day 2 2010-05-28 28 Ok I did the 28, but I know my butt was up in the air. Arms very tired, but I must get to 100 somehow...
Week 4 Day 1 2010-05-26 16 First time in a while that my arms just turned to complete mush. I knew I was in trouble today on the second set. I was supposed to max 25 on the last set :/

Week 2 Day 3 2010-05-17 23 A total of 70 push up today. I never would have imagined this two weeks ago. Less sore today. David laughed at me for knitting between sets!
Week 2 Day 3 2010-05-14 17 I could probably have done more strength wise, but painwise my body said, "No!" You use those muscles to do pushups? Really!?

Week 2 Day 1 2010-05-10 14 I think I skipped a day of the workout. Cornfused. Anyway today very sore and tired - mostly from gardening and yardwork I think not from push ups.

33 2010-06-18 Still stuck in level one of Week 5. I'm going to try again this weekend. I feel like I can do 36 all the way up until about 28...I do console myself because my pushups are in much better form.
