Week 3 Day 2 2012-01-26 25 Again, suffering at the last set. Should wait until chest and triceps heal.

Week 6 Day 1 2010-05-30 0 Skipped last set due to exhaustion. Quite disappointed. Start week 5 again in column 2. Placement of hands have become wider to train chest muscles.
Week 5 Day 3 2010-05-26 50 Chocolate bar really helps! Allow 5 minutes for digestion.
Week 5 Day 2 2010-05-24 45 Couldn't manage to consecutive the last set. Rested 2-5 seconds in between. Might redo this week.
