Week 5 Day 1 2010-06-09 35 Went down to column 2, so this session wasn't too bad. Hit the Max Target to finish. Might go back up to column 3 if that's allowed..
Week 4 Day 1 2010-06-02 30 Felt ok going into the final set, but couldn't reach the target of 35 max. Still, not a bad session.
Week 3 Day 3 2010-05-31 28 Not as tough as I thought, but by the last set, I was pretty much finished. Definitely felt like a Friday workout, I think I need to shift my workouts ahead so that Monday is on Day 1, etc. Week 4 starting on Wednesday!
Week 3 Day 2 2010-05-27 28 Wow, much harder today. That final max of 28 really was my max- ended up in a heap on the ground! Day 3 looks killer!
Week 3 Day 1 2010-05-25 25 Did 40 as my initial test, which I also counted as my first set. Off to the races, 100 here I come!
