Week 2 Day 3 2011-01-27 20 tried correct form.. hit it just about right on that last set.

Week 4 Day 3 2010-10-28 40 really stuggled on this one

Week 3 Day 3 2010-10-10 33 ridiculous. had to wait out 4 minutes for each set after the second set.. too tiring!
