Week 5 Day 3 2010-07-22 45 WOOOOO!!!!!! Did it this morning and I feel great!
Week 5 Day 2 2010-07-19 29 I dropped the program for a week because of a work-travel situation, but now I'm back in the groove. Hoping day 3 of this week is awesome!
Week 5 Day 1 2010-07-08 35 Doing my first 35, had to rest for a while afterwords before I could move on and finish the rest of the set. Today I'm feeling pretty good though, nothing 'hurts' so maybe I could have pushed myself harder? Next session will tell.
Week 4 Day 2 2010-06-30 24 I had to wait an extra day to get this one done. Just didn't have the energy on Tuesday to do it.
Week 4 Day 1 2010-06-27 25 Pant... Pant.... Ok that was hard but I did what I needed to.
Week 3 Day 3 2010-06-24 22 I did this last night. Totally feeling great today - what a shocker compared to how the rest of the week went. Can't wait for week #4!
Week 3 Day 2 2010-06-22 15 I don't know...this week is particularly difficult. I may repeat this week before moving on to week 4.
Week 3 Day 1 2010-06-20 10 A little tired today - couldn't do more than 10 in the last set.
