Week 5 Day 2 2010-08-05 45 I think I like shorter and more sets. It didn't really kill me this time.
Week 5 Day 1 2010-08-03 40 Middle of workout at 40 and 30 were hard. Just a tid bit easier doing the max at 40, though.
Week 4 Day 3 2010-07-26 35 So. Hard. Also, skipped about 4 days since the last workout.
Week 4 Day 2 2010-07-22 30 Getting the hang of it again. Much more doable. I can feel it in my back and stomach.
Week 4 Day 1 2010-07-20 25 Redoing Week 4, and moved down to the middle bracket. After not doing it for more than a week, definitely feel a little weaker than before. Back on the wagon!
Week 4 Day 3 2010-07-09 40 Hardest. Ever. But I did it!
Week 4 Day 2 2010-07-07 36 I missed the workout last night, so did them this morning. These were the hardest ever!

Week 3 Day 3 2010-07-03 28 The faster I can do them, the easier it is, I think.
Week 3 Day 2 2010-07-01 27 Really hard in the first set, but rested in between (longer than 60 secs) and pushed it to 27 at the last.

Week 1 Day 3 2010-06-19 25 D said the last 2 were not sufficient pushups. It felt like they were.
