Week 2 Day 1 2010-07-26 8 Restarted Week 2 as I majorly slacked off on keeping up with this.
Week 2 Day 2 2010-07-07 13 Repeating week two on the next higher level from the first time, definitely wasn't ready for the week three numbers yet.
Week 2 Day 3 2010-07-03 12 Woo! Week two done. I'm so gonna get buff!

Week 1 Day 3 2010-06-27 8 Had an easier time today. Not having done 45 minutes of cardio beforehand might have played a role in that.
Week 1 Day 2 2010-06-23 8 Modified push ups (dropped down to knees) today. Not so much because my arms are weak (which they are!) but because true push ups kill my knee. Felt much more comfortable and able to push myself. Will see if I feel comfortable un-modifying at some point.
Week 1 Day 1 2010-06-21 5 I am such a push-up wuss. This program better get me buff! Rawr! ;)
