Week 5 Day 1 2010-08-13 35 145 total push-ups. Yuck from the pain in my surgically repaired wrist. But I hit the max needed!
Week 4 Day 3 2010-08-02 35 Beat this day! Took 2 attempts but I finally beat it!! woohooo! 132 pushups total!
Week 4 Day 3 2010-07-29 26 Needed to max at 33, just couldn't do it. Did a total of 123 push-ups. 7 more than last session. Will repeat this day.
Week 4 Day 2 2010-07-26 31 Had to repeat this day after only maxing out 23 (28 was the min allowed). But rocked it this time! 116 total pushups!
Week 4 Day 2 2010-07-23 23 ugh, total fail day. Needed to max at 28. But I still did 108, 10 more than last day.
Week 4 Day 1 2010-07-21 26 Total of 98 push-ups!
Week 3 Day 3 2010-07-19 21 Total of 88 push-ups!
Week 3 Day 2 2010-07-16 20 Holy crap, 81 total push-ups!!! woohooo! I LOVE this freaking program!

Week 2 Day 3 2010-07-10 17 Total of 62 push-ups today! Onto week 3 week go!
Week 2 Day 2 2010-07-08 16 Maxed at 12 on W2D1. This is awesome! Did a total of 56 pushups today!

41 2010-08-06 4 weeks done! Before I started I could do 8. After 2 weeks, I could do 22. After 4 weeks, I'm up to 41. This program WORKS!
22 2010-07-12 after only 2 full weeks, I went from doing 8 pushups in a row to 22! Holy crap does this work well!
