Week 5 Day 3 2010-07-19 50 Did jumping jacks or squats between sets instead of resting. The extra activity helped with actual push-ups. Felt good in the final set. Time for another exhaustion test.....Begin Terminator theme...:-))
Week 5 Day 2 2010-07-15 45 Shoulder are MUSH! Had to wait a good 3 minutes before the final max set. Insha-Allah still hoping for the 100 before Ramadan. Lord have mercy:-)
Week 5 Day 1 2010-07-13 40 Took longer than recommended breaks between sets. Before the final set I took a 3 minute break. I just had to, muscles were too gassed out!! But overall, happy with todays performance.
Week 4 Day 3 2010-07-05 41 Today was tough. Finished all the sets though. Will I really make it to 100 pushups in just two weeks left? Allahu Alam!?!?!?
Week 4 Day 2 2010-07-02 50 Alhamdulillah, cracked past the minimum of 36 on the final set
Week 4 Day 1 2010-06-30 32 Upset, that I could not get passed the "minimum required" from the final set.
Week 3 Day 3 2010-06-27 30 Alhamdulillah, week-3 is done!! Looking forward to week-4, Insha-Allah.
Week 3 Day 2 2010-06-25 25 Last set was not easy. Did not think that doing 25 was going to be so difficult.

Week 1 Day 1 2010-06-22 50 This was the initial test. I did the set slowly and each pushup was cranked out neatly.
