Week 6 Day 1 2010-09-14 35 Im starting week 6 although this is my 11th week in the program! That is alright, I intend to reach my goal of 100. I missed the final set by 20! Looks like I will be doing week 6 again! I plan to continue to day 2 & 3 of week 6 and then start again next week! 200 pushups today.
Week 5 Day 3 2010-09-10 50 End of week 5. I hit all the numbers and again, Sets 1-7 were no trouble... set 8 was a killer but I did it. 200 total all sets. Going to wait 48 hours to try exhaustion test, I'll be trying for 60+.
Week 5 Day 2 2010-09-09 45 I did it! The first 7 sets were easy enough but set number 8 was a killer! 185 total today! I think I may finally be back on track!!!

Week 5 Day 2 2010-08-18 32 Could not get the min 45 on the last set all other sets I was able to do but with the additional sets shorter rest periods my arms were on fire. Did 172 total this am and punished myself for missing the max set by doing 50 in a row later in the morning making the days total 222.
