Week 6 Day 2 2010-10-23 65 Col 3, A bit easier than w6d1. Stuck to the 45s rest, with a 4m rest before final set. Total elapsed time, 15:31
Week 6 Day 1 2010-10-21 70 col 3, only mustered 45 on 2nd set instead of 55 (sticking with 60 sec between) Made it up a little with doing 40 on the 4th set. Increased rest time to 90 sec. Except for final set, 4 min rest.

70 2010-10-10 after a warm up of 30 and 30. On to week 5
100 2010-08-30 Have to add thee ole * though. After 60 I did stop for about 7-8 seconds and again for about 5 sec @ 80 before continuing on. Going to repeat week 6 days 2 & 3 and reattempt a solid 100. Should also do a proper warmup too. Just did not have the time this morning for that, but gave it a go anyhow. NOTE: did another 40 after 5 min rest
