Week 4 Day 3 2010-08-03 42 Did I SERIOUSLY just do the max number I started out with just two weeks ago??? AFTER doing 4 sets of 29, 33, 29 & 29?? Holy crap. I admit, I cheated a LITTLE by taking somewhat longer breaks in between (3-5 minutes), but I figured it was about the numbers.
Week 4 Day 2 2010-08-01 36 This was by far the hardest day. I really don't know why, but I'm guessing that Day 3 will absolutely be a killer.
Week 4 Day 1 2010-07-30 36 I looked at what the "max" number was (32) and about flipped. I figured there was no way. Didn't realize I'd be able to do 36 after doing 21, 25, 21 & 21.
Week 3 Day 3 2010-07-27 32 Better than imagined. Just gotta get your head into it I guess. We'll see how Week 4 goes.
Week 3 Day 2 2010-07-25 26 Ummm... wow. Not looking forward to Wk3 / Day 3. Harder than I expected.
Week 3 Day 1 2010-07-23 32 Went ahead and did this on the same day as the exhaustion test, just to at least get started with it. We'll see how it goes.

55 2010-08-05 Not as many as I had hoped, but, still improving.
50 2010-07-29 Wow, I wanted to increase my number from the original 42. I had hoped for 50 but would have settled for 45. The last 3, tho, were KILLER!
42 2010-07-23 Initial test - Not a bad start, so hopefully this won't be too bad.
