Week 5 Day 3 2010-08-27 19 Well looks like I'm starting Week 5 over my max to pass it needed to be 30 but I was only able to hit 19. So lets hope unlike the old saying The 2nd time is a charm instead of 3rd

Week 4 Day 3 2010-08-21 33 Did horrible today. Had to take breaks during some of my push ups and after a while I started doing girly push ups and still had to take breaks. so I'm gonna do my exhaustion test tomorrow just like normal and we'll see what happens after that. Damn hard week :-(
Week 4 Day 2 2010-08-18 28 Well I did Day 2 of Week 4 today but feel like I cheated a little bit because I ended up doing knee push ups. So I think I'm gonna finish up week 4 this week, take my exhaustion test and start week 4 over again next week in the appropriate column so I can hopefully feel better about it next week. Plus I think it would better prepare me for week 5 and 6 anyways. Oh well :-(
Week 4 Day 1 2010-08-16 25 Massive Hell getting that max out for a while there I didnt think I was gonna do it honestly but I forced myself to hit that max and did it. Week 4 Day 1 passed YES!!!
Week 3 Day 3 2010-08-13 22 Well passed Day 3 of Week 3 my max was 22 which is 1 better than the minimum max I needed to do and my arms are still shaking and I'm going on to Week 4 now.
Week 3 Day 2 2010-08-11 19 Well did Day 2 of Week 3 and now it seems like this is where it's getting hard and a little bit of a challenge but I still did the minimum max I needed to and barely passed but I passed none the less. Better than the alternative
Week 3 Day 1 2010-08-09 17 Well I did Day 1 of Week 3 and I barely eeked it out I mean it was so close it wasnt even a squeak it was an eek. Practically screaming on 17 but did it never the less. Now lets see what happens on Day 2.
Week 2 Day 3 2010-08-07 15 Well I passed Week 2 Day 3 and Squeaked out 15 on Max. Now tomorrow I get to do my exhaustion test. Oh Goody(MASSIVE SARCASM ON THAT OF COURSE.) but we'll see if I'll be in the wussy column, average column, or awesome column for week 3 and 4 push ups. Wish me luck everybody
Week 2 Day 2 2010-08-04 13 Made it through Day 2 of Week 2 and eeked out 13 on max which is what I needed to pass. So who's the Man everybody?! I'm the man that's who!

Week 1 Day 3 2010-07-30 12 Well I did Day 3 and maxed out at 12 pushups so I stayed the same as Day2 but still passed Week 1. Lets hope I do the same in Week 2 lol :)
Week 1 Day 2 2010-07-28 12 Well I did day 2 today (The correct day this time.) and I managed to max out 12 push ups that's better than last time which was 10. Looks like I'm improving.
