Week 5 Day 3 2010-08-16 50 Uh, today my hands really hurted.
Week 5 Day 2 2010-08-14 49 All the sets, but 8 were easy. I like this day.
Week 5 Day 1 2010-08-11 40 I stoped at every set. This was too hard for me.
Week 4 Day 3 2010-08-09 42 Pretty hard, huh. Tomorrow exhaustion test!
Week 4 Day 2 2010-08-07 38 The first 4 sets were pretty easy.But the last... I stoped 3 times and took deep breaths. But I think, I did good this day.
Week 4 Day 1 2010-08-04 32 I don`t know. Is it better to do max in final set or to not do injury to my muscles and do only ~25 at final set.
Week 3 Day 3 2010-08-02 31 I thnk i did well. At final test i twice stoped and take deep breaths. At Week 3 Day 1 I though I will not do this. But, I did!
Week 3 Day 2 2010-07-31 27 It was pretty hard to make 102 push-ups. Out of power at all. I can`t even hold my hands up. But i am glad about, bescause i did it!
Week 3 Day 1 2010-07-28 20 Jumped to week 3 bescause i did 30 push-ups at start. It was terrible to do all the 80 push-ups.

64 2010-08-17 Pretty hard. Did after week 5. Going to follow collomn 3.
