Week 2 Day 2 2010-08-11 8 May not be the prettiest site but I'm giving it my best shot - now also looking at the Couch to 5K 9 week running challenge to shift sone weight!
Week 2 Day 1 2010-08-09 8 Not to clever today. Tried normal good form push-ups but then had to revert to alternative form on the knees half way through. Maybe if I didn'nt weigh so bloody much I'd find it easier to combat gravity! Oh well, owts better than nowt I suppose!
Week 1 Day 3 2010-08-06 10 Still doing girlie alternative press-ups but following the program to the letter - may have to try and repeat Week 1 next week with good form push-ups! Onwards and belly upwards!
Week 1 Day 2 2010-08-04 8 I'm using my man boobs and beer belly to bounce back up - if only that was the case - thanks gravity! Still on my knees as not man enough to do a proper one yet!
Week 1 Day 1 2010-08-02 6 Alternative Press-ups on the Knees so doubled the Week 1 Day 1 requirements for normal push-ups! God I'm unfit!
