Week 6 Day 1 2010-11-08 65 Strict rest times until max, then 8 minute rest (making protein shake). Not bad, hopefully can do all strict times next week.
Week 6 Day 3 2010-11-06 56 Strict rest times until max, then five minutes. Fell short of 60 minimum on last set.
Week 6 Day 2 2010-11-04 53 Strict rest times (45secs) until max, them five minute rest. Still fell short of 58 minimum. Maybe next week...
