Week 6 Day 1 2010-10-13 40 Not really consecutive. Did a lot of lifting and other workouts. SU: about 200 but consecutive chains of 70 or 30 SQ: skipped but did 20 minutes of hard cardio running, walking and a bit of jump rope.
Week 5 Day 3 2010-10-11 30 I feel horrible. My head, My left wrist. My right heel. Sit ups 70 may do more

Week 5 Day 3 2010-10-06 30 About 10 or 15 knee pushups. Started using a perfect pushup to protect my wrists SU: 67 SQ: did about 19 but just stopped because my legs are so sore from yesterday. Did some negative delt pull ups.
Week 5 Day 2 2010-10-04 25 with a few extra knee push-ups. Week 6 day 1 - SU: 60 SQ: 54
Week 5 Day 3 2010-10-01 30 but all knee pushups. Super sore in my biceps and triceps from wednesday. Lot's of Dumbbell lifting and releasing and tricep pushups. SU: 75 SQ: 67

Week 4 Day 3 2010-09-24 23 but I did an extra 15 (about) before because I lost count. My arms got wiggly and tingly... I'm finally breathing right I think... exhale on going up and inhale on going down... which seems weird but I'm trying to get the hang of it. SitUps: 100! Whoa! Just took 5 and then a big breath instead of little. Not maximum stretch but pretty good. Squats: 60
