Week 4 Day 1 2011-02-14 32 Felt much better than last weak. Was completing the sets without breaking the count up or resting. Last Max rep set waited extra time, drank glutamine and pumped out 32. Maybe a little poor form towards the end need to work on going up all the way. FELT GOOD!!!
Week 4 Day 3 2011-02-11 20 It was tough, earlier in the week I dropped down a collumn
Week 4 Day 2 2011-02-09 20 Still weak and sore
Week 4 Day 1 2011-02-07 15 Woke up early, morning sucked. Felt weak, performed weak.
Week 4 Day 2 2010-09-13 36 My goal was 50, ....
Week 4 Day 1 2010-09-10 34 I did this set last night as well with lots of rest in between, felt easy to do it again today. Was counting in 5's, not sure if it helped any, Really had to push to get 34
Week 3 Day 3 2010-09-09 29
Week 3 Day 2 2010-09-06 21 Should have done more on the last set, felt good this day. Just need to get on the schedule and do next set on Wednesday.
Week 3 Day 1 2010-09-03 35 I took a little break between the last set for Max push ups. Really started to feel a good pump and blood to the muscle. I will stay with week 3 and follow on to day 2 to really build up this level and be strong to complete the sets properly.
