Week 1 Day 1 2014-01-27 37 Started over at week one as i haven't done any in a while. Got 37 so i should move to week 3 but i'm gonna stick here and work up slowly.
Week 4 Day 1 2013-10-22 36 Started back at this point in the program. Been doing irregular workouts for the past few weeks and my exhaustion test last week scored me at 60 so i started here.
Week 3 Day 2 2013-02-10 30 Made it this time. Could have done better but i did it after work rather than before.
Week 3 Day 1 2013-02-08 27 Decided to repeat this week due to not quite making the goals last week. I'm happy with this one, blew the goal of 20 clean out of the water
Week 3 Day 3 2013-02-04 27 Failed again. But closer to the target. Definitely repeating this week.
Week 3 Day 2 2013-02-02 18 Failed... just about died. Gonna repeat this week.
Week 3 Day 1 2013-01-31 26 Started on week three because i made 40 odd on the exhaustion test Monday.

43 2013-01-28 Sweet. This was surprise. Didn't expect to make near this many. feel like i'm gonna lose my arms some time soon though.
