Week 6 Day 1 2009-08-25 55 Did several sets of 40 today, plus misc. sets at different pace, backpack, etc.
Week 6 Day 3 2009-08-22 55 not sure of form.
Week 6 Day 2 2009-08-20 54 should have done better.
Week 6 Day 1 2009-08-18 53 Workout was pretty good today, looked like form was not bad. Those sets of 35s seemed to help reinforce the stability of the "big 50", so now here we go again, picking up with week 6, category 2. Hooah. CHARLIE MIKE out.
Week 6 Day 1 2009-08-11 50 sets of 35 again...plan on 40s after this week.

Week 6 Day 3 2009-08-01 50 thought form wasnt the best....need to extend arms up every time.
Week 6 Day 2 2009-07-30 50 50, halfway there
Week 6 Day 1 2009-07-28 45 Did 8 sets of 30 reps each today...should build endurance.
Week 5 Day 3 2009-07-25 45 Did 36 non-stop. (of course, continued the repetitions after being in front-lean rest position for a few seconds. Plan to be around at least 50 in the next week. Right now I just completed the 3rd and final category of week 5. I am hoping to move on to the first category of week 6, however I may do some more of those sub-maximal sets (of around 25-35). Stay motivated bros!
Week 5 Day 2 2009-07-23 42 The sub-maximal sets I previously mentioned (25-30 reps per set) and the constant number of pullups seemed to wear me down a bit, so I went back to this plan. Not sure about form, but it was probably ok.
Week 5 Day 1 2009-07-21 40 Did sets of around 30 today, work out by pullups no doubt. I'm going to get up to 50 by doing sub-max sets for a week or so before I continue this 100 pushup program.
Week 5 Day 3 2009-07-18 40 Coulda done more.
Week 5 Day 2 2009-07-16 40 Well, improving. Again, form is important. I hope to get to 50 within next week, possibly two.
Week 5 Day 1 2009-07-14 38 shouldn't be long 'till the solid 50 at this rate. Hey, at least it's an improvement.
Week 4 Day 3 2009-07-11 37 Feeling a bit more confident with these pushups. The last rep (rep #37) was obviously not the best form because it was the last, but that's ok. Shouldn't be long now until I get to 50, which is a good place to start building up to the hundred from. BTW it was a good workout.
Week 4 Day 2 2009-07-09 35 I feel like I should have done more, but recently corrected back alignment for pushup form. However, I tend to keep my head extended and facing the floor, this seems to help me determine how far I have to go down.
