Week 6 Day 1 2009-04-06 40 ouchies! i swear my arms won't move right now they are just stuck in my push up postition. but i am so happy i am alomost done with this program. i know i am ALOTTT stronger and i am ready to prove it on the field.
Week 5 Day 3 2009-04-02 45 URGH!! Push-ups hate me and i HATE them so it's perfect. 175 total today!! YAY! almost done. whew!
Week 5 Day 2 2009-03-30 40 I HATE PUSH-UPS!! URGH. They kill me.
Week 5 Day 1 2009-03-27 35 YOUCHIES!!! Major pain in my arms!
Week 4 Day 3 2009-03-23 28 23, 28, 23, 23, 28max. The max was supposed to be 33, but I could only do 28. That is 125 total though!! Yay!
Week 4 Day 2 2009-03-19 28 20, 25, 20, 20, 28max. Whew!! 113 total!

Week 3 Day 3 2009-03-16 15 OMG!!! forget my last statement on my last log because i couldn't even finish my max on this one but i am for sure getting stronger. I did do my first four sets correctly.

100 2009-04-13 OOOOMMMMGGGG!!! I'm done. I'm sso excited and i know i am definetely stronger. Now i will start on the 200 sit up program.
40 2009-03-24 owwww. i thought it would be easier than that compared to what i have been doing each day but it's is still kicking my butt.
