Week 6 Day 2 2009-04-26 60 On the max stage the last 10 were a killer.
Week 6 Day 1 2009-04-22 50 Tough going.
Week 5 Day 3 2009-04-17 30 Could only manage 30 for the 8th set. 10 second break then pushed out another 20.
Week 5 Day 2 2009-04-14 50 Not too bad today. last set before max was hard. Day 3 looks as if it might be harder though!
Week 5 Day 1 2009-04-11 50 A few days rest with some pressups in between over past week seem to have helped.
Week 4 Day 2 2009-04-04 26 Agghhhhh! Week 4 is much tougher than week 3. Got through the 4 sets ok, 4th one was tough, maxed out at 26 on the max stage, 30 second break then anothr 10, 30 second break then another 10 from with knees on ground. Will do an exhaustion test tomorrow night / Monday morning. Goal of 50.
Week 4 Day 1 2009-04-01 20 Really tough! May have needed an extra day's rest from Week 3.. excuses excuses!! Maxed out at 20 at end took a 40 second break then did another 12.
Week 3 Day 3 2009-03-30 35 Bit easier this evening. Maxed out at 35 at end.
Week 3 Day 2 2009-03-28 25 Not getting any easier. Doing the max at the end is hard. Just made 25.
Week 3 Day 1 2009-03-23 20 First day today! Started on Column 3, (14, 18, 14, 14,) finished with max of 20. Tough!

52 2009-04-04 Was going to wait to have a day's rest from sets today but, what the hell... did 52. First 10 were tough as arms sore from earlier then last 4 very tough.
