Week 2 Day 3 2009-07-01 11 I moved on to Week 2 Day 3 today. I was impressed how easy it was until I got to the Max set, then I boombed. 12.13.10.10.11(15) = 56 Up two from last work out though!
Week 2 Day 2 2009-06-29 14 Week 2 Day 2 complete with one over. 10.12.9.9.(13)14 I did take a 4 min rest before attempting the max set.

Week 2 Day 1 2009-06-17 11 Finally after 3 failing attempts the 4th pays off. Completed Week 2 Day 1 - 9.11.8.8.11
Week 2 Day 1 2009-06-15 10 Failed by one! I kind of messed up though. I was supposed to do 9.11.8.8.11, but I started out with 11. Not sure if that messed me up but failed. Hopefully Tuesdays workout will complete Week 2 Day 1. (9)11.9(11).8.8.10(11) I should mention, the last set was ugly. I only pushed up 9, rested for a few sec and pushed up one more for 10. I couldnâ??t push up the eleventh one.
Week 2 Day 1 2009-06-12 9 I feel pumped after that workout but failed. I did better then I did on Wednesday though. 9.11.8.8.9(11) Monday I will Conquer!!!
Week 2 Day 1 2009-06-10 5 So it looks like the 13 mile bike ride zapped me of energy to complete my push-up workout for today. I FAILED miserably! 9.11.8.5(8).5(11) With another bike ride tomorrow, not sure I will complete the workout Friday, but will try.
Week 1 Day 3 2009-06-08 10 Today, I did Week 1 Day 3 over again since I failed it Friday. I was able to, and let me tell you it was ugly on the last set, push up the max (at least 10) set. Day after tomorrow I will be moving on to Week 2 Day 1, Finally! 8.10.7.7.10
Week 1 Day 3 2009-06-05 8 FAIL! Looks like Week 1 workout for me next week, again. Just couldn't get to the max on the last set, I even rested an extra 3 min. :-[ 8.10.7.7.8(10)
Week 1 Day 2 2009-06-03 7 I thought dropping down to column 2 this week would have been cake but could barley squeeze out the max (at least 7) set. 6.8.6.6.7
Week 1 Day 1 2009-06-01 6 Iâ??m starting over this week back on Week 1 and thought I'd try to do column 3 again where I am suppose to be but could feel I was not going to complete it on the second set so I dropped down to the 2nd column. There should be another column or something because column 2 seems too easy but 3 is too hard for me right now. This is what I completed today: 10.7.4.4.(5)6
Week 1 Day 2 2009-05-28 0 Another fail! :-( 10.11(12).3(7).0(7).0(9) Maybe next week or will have to start with column 2.
