Week 5 Day 2 2010-11-08 40 Been doing it around 3 times a week for the past couple weeks. Also did a lot of sets of weights ( 5 sets of 20 or 25) at 20 lbs. Also chest excercise with weights( 3 sets of 20 or so). 15lb weight feels very light now. This workout: 36 40 28 45
Week 4 Day 3 2010-09-21 33 After about a month of no serious,organized routine started to do pushupsagain. Past few days were incomplete sets of Week 4 Day 3, but now i finally completed. last set wasn't soo horribly bad, always paused for less than 2 minutes between sets. Did some weights afterwards.
Week 6 Day 1 2010-08-06 50 Can't really do the 50s straight. Had to stop and do 25, then 25. Also not really waiting 60 seconds in between, usually a couple mins in between. DId 50 situps too and ran 4 miles to cedarhurst park and back in ~40 mins.
Week 6 Day 1 2010-08-01 50 Difficult to do the second set which was 50. 25 and 25 felt sore but did it. Cranked out last 50 in two parts - 25 and 25 Did 50 situps too
Week 5 Day 1 2010-07-17 35 Pretty easy to do the entire set, a little bit sore on the last 5 of the last 35, but not the worst thing. Going to go onto Day 2 next set. This workout was after about 3 days of inactivity
Week 5 Day 1 2010-06-24 35 Just barely able to crunch out that last 35. Was able to the others continually, without stopping. Waited at least 4 mins between sets
Week 5 Day 1 2010-05-26 40 Repeated Week 5 Day 1 for the past two weeks. Finally was able to complete the set, and rather easily. Not really stopping mid pushup set.
Week 5 Day 3 2010-03-21 35 So sore and hard to do the last 45. Soreness around pex too.
Week 5 Day 2 2010-03-19 40 Up to the last set of 40, it wasn't too bad. But felt the soreness. Last 40 I had to stop after 20.
Week 5 Day 2 2010-03-16 40 Barely able to do the last 40. Had to stop several times for about 10 seconds on the last set.
Week 5 Day 1 2010-03-14 35 Very very sore on set 4 of 5. Waited nearly 10 mins before doing set 5, and that was tough
Week 4 Day 3 2010-03-10 33 difficult, but not extremely hard. Hadn't been doing last week because of cold, so its not that bad.
Week 4 Day 3 2010-02-26 33 Felt theh strain. Also did 50 situps in between Resting pulse: 75 bpm
Week 4 Day 2 2010-02-13 30 Feeling the strain, no electric shock at all
Week 4 Day 1 2010-02-07 25 Not as difficult, did pushups quickly. Huge muscles and big vein on biceps after workout.
Week 4 Day 1 2010-01-31 25 Much easier to do, can do pushup prety fast. No electric shock whatsoever
Week 3 Day 3 2010-01-28 21 Felt very easy to do. Barely any electric shock pain. Resting pulse: 69
Week 2 Day 3 2010-01-16 20 Only minor electric shock towards end of 4th set. 5th set more shock but not to severe
Week 2 Day 2 2010-01-14 17 resting pulse: 72 minor electric shock upon rising from pushups. Also did Week 2 Day 2 of situps with final set of 30
Week 2 Day 1 2010-01-11 15 Resting pulse: 69 Going well, started to do squats and situps as well
Week 1 Day 3 2010-01-08 20 Started back to Week 1 Day 3 because it was too difficult. Pulse: 72 at resting
Week 1 Day 2 2009-12-31 12 Not too difficult to do entire workout could probably do one or two more than 12 and collapse afterwards.I feel a slight pain in left arm on final two pushups - 8 and 12. Resting Pulse Rate: 78 Pulse Score : - 18 from 60
Week 3 Day 3 2009-06-17 15 hard to get passed 3rd set. Going to do week 3 for one more week.
Week 3 Day 2 2009-06-12 25 Easier to do pushups Started to do 30 squats and butterfyl as well as dumbbell.
Week 3 Day 1 2009-06-10 17 Difficult to do the last 17. Arms numb and hard to pick up after workout.
