Week 5 Day 1 2009-08-18 26 Significant step down from the middle column to the easy one. Probably just as well as shoulder is still sore. 3 mins before final set.
Week 4 Day 3 2009-08-15 34 Didn't manage any of the sets without a few second break in between. Still had 3 minutes before last set.
Week 4 Day 2 2009-08-13 29 Found these ones really hard...I struggled to make it to 20 without putting my knees down for a rest. Extra 3 minutes before the last set, which was desperately needed!
Week 4 Day 1 2009-08-11 26 A day late coz I wasn't feeling it yesterday. No matter, got it done today though. As always, I had an extra 3 minutes before the final set. It's really hot in here so I think I'm allowed it :-)
Week 3 Day 3 2009-08-07 26 Feeling good about these ones. 20 press ups is no longer killing me, though I still gave myself that extra 3 minutes before the last set.
Week 3 Day 2 2009-08-05 24 Feeling good about these ones, though still have an extra 3 minutes before the final set. 24 though, pretty good!
Week 3 Day 1 2009-08-03 21 Back to week 3, but on the middle section this time. Gave myself an extra 3 minutes before doing the final set.
Week 4 Day 3 2009-07-31 20 Had an extra 4 minutes before the last set, and had to go down onto my knees for 10 seconds after 14.
Week 4 Day 2 2009-07-29 19 Had an extra 5 minutes before the last set, and had to stop on my knees for a few seconds after 14, but I still managed one more than the minimum.
Week 4 Day 1 2009-07-27 16 This was a real struggle and I had to go down to my knees for a few seconds more than once.
Week 3 Day 3 2009-07-24 13 Struggled with this one. I actually only did 12 in my max set, sat down for about 10 seconds and then did 2 more.
Week 3 Day 2 2009-07-22 15 Still finding these ones easier. Gave myself an extra 3 minutes before doing the final set.
Week 3 Day 1 2009-07-20 13 Not feeling it today. Had a difficult run and struggled with the press ups. Still, I've moved down to the easiest level (thanks to my poor exhaustion test) so I still managed to complete the workout.
Week 2 Day 3 2009-07-17 16 Felt easier today (probably because I hadn't just got in from a run) but I still gave myself an extra 4 minutes before that last set. Was worried I would have to repeat this week but I think I'll move on to week 3.
Week 2 Day 2 2009-07-15 13 Gave myself an extra 30 seconds before the final (max) set, but it was still rather bad form by the end.
Week 2 Day 1 2009-07-13 11 Gave myself an extra 10 seconds after the second and third sets, and then an extra minute before the final set. Found this one really hard.
Week 1 Day 3 2009-07-10 10 I had to give myself an extra 120 seconds before the final set and still only managed the minimum!
Week 1 Day 2 2009-07-08 8 Woo! One more than the minimum required!
