Week 6 Day 1 2009-10-07 35 OMG! Ran 4 miles with an 9:11 pace and 8:13 last mile. Then did my push ups. VERY tough, to say the least. The last set I had to extend the time to 2:30 mins. rest between. Even then, it was VERY hard to complete. At the end, I was doing them in sets of 3 'til finish, but I never went down/to my knees. We'll see what Friday brings.
Week 4 Day 3 2009-10-05 40 Done at home after 6 mile run in battlefield. Took time to do the 2 minute rest. Really helped. Will do exhaustion test tomorrow.
Week 4 Day 3 2009-10-02 23 Only did two sets of 23, as I was out of time and had to hurry home. We did speed day today at Pratt!
Week 4 Day 2 2009-09-30 28
Week 4 Day 1 2009-09-28 25 Did column 2 today. Struggled to get 25 in last set. 4 set (16) seemed the easiest. Did sets when I got home from running in town this AM (6 miles).
Week 3 Day 3 2009-09-25 25 Started out on column 3, but after the first two sets, had to go to column 2 otherwise I know I wouldn't have finished.
Week 3 Day 2 2009-09-23 25 Did these push ups at Pratt Park after running 4 miles. Very tough to get the last 25 in. Had to stop and break the set down, couldn't do all 25 without stopping. However,I did not go down during my breaks. I am considering going to column 2 if I continue to do these after my run.
Week 3 Day 1 2009-09-21 30 Performed at week 3 day 1 column 3. Maxed at 30 for final (5th) set. 60 sec. rest between sets
