Week 6 Day 1 2009-11-30 55 I did these while doing my weight workout. I hope that is okay. IE, I would do rows, 2 min of cardio, then a set of pushup. Then tricep kickbacks, 2 min of cardio, then a set of pushups, etc. So I actually had more than 60 seconds between each set but I surely wouldn't call it resting!! hehe And I really don't know if I will be able to do a hundred at one time on Friday, but we shall see. Also I must say that I am doing the knee pushups. Perhaps someday I will try for the military style ones. I have bunions on both of my big toes and it makes curling them under kinda hard!
Week 5 Day 3 2009-11-28 60 I didn't know you could do this so this is the first workout I am entering. I have been very faithful and can hardly wait til I can do 100 pushups!! My 27 yod is so jealous. She had me send her the link. Monday I am going to start the situps and squats with my exercise group. I am pumped!!!
