Week 3 Day 2 2009-12-23 10 20/20, 18/25, 14/15, 9/15, 10/25. Think I need to switch to column 2 in week 4.
Week 3 Day 1 2009-12-21 9 14/14, 18/18, 10/14. 7/14, 9/20. Long way to go to get to 100!
Week 2 Day 3 2009-12-18 14 14/20 - Still a fail, but I did the full number for the other 4 sets = 75 pushups!
Week 2 Day 2 2009-12-16 10 Only missed the final set. May need to do week 2 again.
Week 2 Day 1 2009-12-14 8 Fail!! 14/14, 14/14, 10/10, 5/10, 8.
Week 1 Day 3 2009-12-11 15 Bit tough this one.
Week 1 Day 2 2009-12-09 15 That beats the target of 12, for a total of 53 pushups!
Week 1 Day 1 2009-12-07 13 On my way to 100 consecutive pushups by the end of January 2010!
