Week 4 Day 3 2011-03-05 40 eek. didn't realize it had been over a week since I did this last. Definitely felt weaker than last time. did 29-35-29-29--and the last set was your max but you had to do at least 40. I had to put my knee down at 36 before completing 40:(
Week 4 Day 2 2011-02-23 52 feeling GREEEEAT!!!!
Week 4 Day 1 2011-02-21 46 FORTY SIX pushups after a 21-25-21-21 set. YEAH BABY!!!! I feel SO STRONG!!!!
Week 4 Day 1 2011-02-14 32 22-30-20-20-max (at least 28--I did 32). Just three days into it and I can already do 2 more than my original max AFTER doing 4 sets. That's GREAT!!!! Feeling stronger already! Next is an exhaustion test. Can't wait to see how many I can do.
Week 3 Day 2 2011-02-11 30 20-25-15-15-30 feeling so strong already!!! can't wait to be able to bust out 100!

Week 6 Day 2 2010-02-05 55 55 was the minimum max... had to stop a few times..def feeling way less strong than last week... not sure why. hopefully this workout kicked my muscles in gear.
Week 1 Day 1 2010-02-03 55 i DID NOT feel like doing this today. i even should have done it yesterday.. i shouldn't have waited, i feel like i lost strength by not doing push ups for 4 days. boo me. oh well, live and learn
Week 5 Day 3 2010-01-26 56 man i feel SO GOOD!!!! I can do 56 pushups after a 20-20-24-24-20-20-22 workout!!! next is an exhaustion test... i bet i can do 75+!!! i started this training only able to do 21! my arms are getting way toned.... seriously if you want to have a stronger upper body do this training program... it's AMAZING!!! and you can start at ANY LEVEL YOU ARE AT!!! even if you can only do one push up!! I LOVE IT!!!
Week 5 Day 2 2010-01-24 56 this day was SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO much easier than last time. omg last work out was a killer. this one was 19-19-22-22-18-18-22 then your max with a min of 45 (I did 56). then after a short recovery from that i did 2 more sets of 20 and a set of 30 cuz I didn't feel it worked me as much as i wanted. oh and donte commented last night on how toned my arms are getting :) :)
Week 5 Day 1 2010-01-21 45 I had a few couple second breaks but i did it. this was after a 36-40-20-24 work out. can you say K-I-L-L-E-R!!?!?!?! OMG, today was sooooo hard. but i feel so much stronger and so good about myself for keeping up with it. next episode looks easier--more sets but less reps each set.
Week 4 Day 3 2010-01-17 33 next is an exhaustion test!!! can't wait to see how i've improved. i bet i can do at least 45.
Week 4 Day 2 2010-01-15 31 todays sets were a lot harder than the last day's!!! 20, then 25, then 20, then 20. last set was a max that had to be over 28. it was smart of them to add a min to the max set because it really pushes me. otherwise i probably would have stopped at like 20
Week 4 Day 1 2010-01-12 30 i'm REALLY starting to feel strong. i can really feel the differnce. i'm not struggling as much anymore... before i was struggling to do the last set (your max with a min though) now it's not so hard to do the min.

46 2011-03-14 again, didn't realize it had been over a week since I did the last workout. I really need to step it up! I want to do 100 before my birthday!!
35 2011-02-21 did this after another workout. i think i could have done 45 if I had done it before. oh well, another exhaustion test next week!
30 2011-02-08 Starting this again. Determined to get to 100 this time!!!
42 2010-03-23 Haven't been keeping up with this :( Did an exhaustion test to see where I am. Gotta get my butt into gear with this!
65 2010-01-29 I couldn't wait till tomorrow!!! 3 more workouts and I should be able to do 100!! last week I could only do 50 pushups. do you think i can get 100 next week?
