Week 4 Day 2 2010-01-27 24 Phew... these are getting tougher. I went jogging yesterday too. 1/2 mi jogging and 1/2 mi+ walking. I'm really trying to work it!!! now on to sit-ups. Total push-ups = 78!!!!
Week 4 Day 1 2010-01-25 17 The loggers aren't working tonight... push-ups week 4 Day 1 Max 17 on the last set, total = 64
Week 3 Day 3 2010-01-21 15 I felt week tonight :-( Total push-ups=57
Week 3 Day 2 2010-01-19 25 Repeating Week 3 was a good decision. I feel stronger, and I've been able to do more for my last sets. Total number of push-ups = 64
Week 3 Day 1 2010-01-17 20 I decided to do Week 3 over again. With being sick, I didn't do so well on Day 2 and skipped Day 3 completely. Total Number of push-ups = 56
Week 3 Day 2 2010-01-13 12 Today was a bit rough. I got sick yesterday, so it was difficult to even make the minimum req on the last set. I figured I'm a day behind tho, and I didn't want to get too off track. TOTAL PUSH-UPS = 50.
Week 3 Day 1 2010-01-10 15 When I record my max, it seems like I'm doing hardly any push-ups. In actuality, I did 51 in total, with all of the reps combined.
Week 2 Day 3 2010-01-07 15 tomorrow is the exhaustion test. I'm right on the cusp of having to redo week 2 or move on to week 3. Fingers Crossed!! I'm also thinking I may begin the situps challenge, too. I've been doing well with setting time aside.to strengthen my muskles that maybe I should do a lil extra.
Week 2 Day 2 2010-01-05 13 I can already notice more strength. Boxes that used to be super heavy just aren't as heavy anymore :-D

Week 1 Day 2 2009-12-29 7 Made it to day 2 and still excited! Also I decided to gather some more motivation for myself and picked up a new strapless dress. Woot! (note: yesterday my pecs really hurt, but that is all. Can't wait to see how I feel tomorrow)
Week 1 Day 1 2009-12-27 12 Holidays suck because the food doesn't. We'll see how I do with the whole 100 push-ups challenge. I have to admit I have my doubts (in my lasting dedication and attention...)
