I DID NOT PASS this set.. so I will repeat it next time.________________ 29.01.2010:Biceps-log: The next time is now and I managed to do the entire set with lighter weight.__________________ 01.02.2010:Biceps-log: Week 2/day 3 passed!
Week 5 Day 2 2010-01-19 55 This exercise had 8 sets! I took a longer rest period and muscles were not as sore as before. Biceps-log: Week 2/day2: Max: 17(heavier weight). This was difficult to do.
