Week 5 Day 2 2010-02-12 16 The eight set workout kicked my butt. I was dreading the max out set as I approached it because my arm fatigued was asking me to stop by set 5.
Week 5 Day 1 2010-02-10 45 A little break due to travel may have done me good.
Week 5 Day 1 2010-01-27 32 This is the first time I failed to achieve the max out set minimum (40 reps).

Week 4 Day 2 2010-01-21 40 I don't think that every pushup in last set was a quality pushup. I will make sure my form is better in the next workout.
Week 4 Day 1 2010-01-19 32 Good final set, but I had to pause 3 times to continue.
Week 3 Day 3 2010-01-17 30 Good workout. Not every rep is a good pushup though.
Week 3 Day 2 2010-01-15 26 I could've done more.
Week 3 Day 1 2010-01-13 21 Left bicep pain is almost gone. I did this workout after running 6 miles.
Week 2 Day 3 2010-01-10 29 left bicep pain has returned. The max pushup set was to failure for once.
Week 2 Day 2 2010-01-07 18 No pain during the actual pushups, but my right wrist was in pain before.
Week 2 Day 1 2010-01-04 15 Left bicep still twinges with pain.
Week 1 Day 3 2009-12-31 20 Good work. I still have a pain in my left bicep when doing the pushups.
Week 1 Day 2 2009-12-29 16 I bailed at 16 with a couple still in me. I have a pain in my left bicep. I don't know why.
Week 1 Day 1 2009-12-27 12 The sets were harder than I would've thought. I did hold good form though. It will be really impressive to see what my body will look like when I can do 100 consecutive push ups.
