Week 3 Day 3 2010-01-15 33 TODAY WAS shit, someone caaked ne and i talked for 1.5 hours.and therefore... -.-
Week 3 Day 2 2010-01-13 25 Its hard not to feel disappointed after this workout. I mean I like to count my press up reps as continuis, 1 in 2 out (in = up 2 = going down). However in the final set after 10 such reps, I begin to falter and had to take 3-5 second "rests" in between the first 10, then I did 4,3,4,3 and a final exhuasting 2 that felt like 20 by itself to complete! ... All my excersizes are done on an empty stomach, and clearely the quality of sleep (bad sleep last night) is affecting my performance/mentality. Better next time!
Week 3 Day 1 2010-01-11 20 Earliest workout so far =). Felt good. Ready for the day! Felt stimulated all the way through, and by the end was only able to complete 10 perfect form, followed by 3-5second pauses between the rest up until 20. Hellish, but satisfying haha.
Week 2 Day 3 2010-01-07 20 Wow that last one was hard. I didn't even do any extras on any of the previous ones; to be fair it was -10C today in the morning and I felt awful after broken sleep... hmm.
Week 2 Day 2 2010-01-05 17 Just about made it after doing +3 average on all the ones before it. Next time. Keep to target and exert the last ones on the Final Push Up Set !!!
