Week 6 Day 1 2010-02-24 0 Did everything except for the last max, (hence 0). My body is sore from going to crew practice yesterday. Just wanted to get in some pushups to stay in shape.
Week 5 Day 3 2010-02-16 53 Hey this was pretty easy! I did 50 yesterday just to keep myself in shape, did the whole workout. Took a 7 min break between reps and the final push, but I did it!
Week 5 Day 1 2010-02-09 42 Had break for the past week, it really threw off my schedule.Restarted, had to wait 5 min between two final sets, but I did them both fully. Back on track.
Week 5 Day 2 2010-01-28 47 Hey did pretty well this day. Not as hard as yesterday. I had to wait some 8 minutes until I could do the final, but I did it all in one set without stopping. Progress x2
Week 5 Day 1 2010-01-25 42 Wow. Had to stop a few times mid workout to regain strength. Did the max like in 3 sets. Hardest was the last 7 pushups. Moving onto week 5 day 2 wendsday. Push through.
Week 5 Day 1 2010-01-20 43 Wow this was definetly the hardest yet. Had to physically stop a few times, (about 4 times during the max out) just to stay concious. Im going to break until friday then I'll try week 5 day one again. First repeat of a week. This is crazy hard.
Week 4 Day 3 2010-01-16 45 Tis getting easier, I had to break for 3 min (1 above suggested) before the final, and took a 30 sec break halfway, and another 10 sec break before doing the final 5 pushups. Bring it week 5!
Week 4 Day 2 2010-01-14 40 I felt better than the last workout, but I had to break for 5 minutes before doing the final push.
Week 4 Day 1 2010-01-12 35 This is getting hard. First time I had to stop mid-pushups.I pushed through.
Week 3 Day 3 2010-01-08 30 I am actually pretty sore right now.

Week 3 Day 1 2010-01-05 25 First step of many I hope.

60 2010-01-18 Still sore from working out Saturday. Could probably have gotten to 70 if I didn't work out yesterday. Progress.
