Week 5 Day 1 2010-02-01 20 I actually feel weaker than last week! Still, I eeked out 86 push-ups but it wasn't pretty. Wednesday we moved from 5 sets to 8 sets - that should be interesting....
Week 4 Day 3 2010-01-29 20 So I've totally screwed up the days and columns! ARGH! Worse, I had to slip down 2 columns just to finish the week! But hey, on the bright side, I just did 87 push-ups!
Week 3 Day 2 2010-01-27 25 I've determined that I have to re-do week 3. I just can't do week 4 yet. And even doing week 3 again is kicking my butt!
Week 3 Day 3 2010-01-23 28 Climbing on my rest day is not resting. Tonight was hard!
Week 3 Day 2 2010-01-20 25 That actually felt pretty good! And added all together, tonight's push-ups totalled 100!
Week 3 Day 1 2010-01-18 20 The first 4 sets felt pretty good, the 5th one, not so much.

Week 2 Day 2 2010-01-13 19 It went better than I thought it would! But I heard a lot of creaking and popping in my wrists, elbows and knees.

Week 1 Day 2 2010-01-06 24 The workout felt good tonight. But looking ahead has me nervous...
Week 1 Day 1 2010-01-04 19 I started using the wrong column of difficulty (too easy), so I switched to the harder one and tried to average out the workout. I'll get it right tomorrow.
