Week 4 Day 2 2010-01-20 37 Huge shoulder pop at #35. Surprised to pass this day. Got a phone call right before 5th set so I had a good 5 min break.

51 2010-02-22 I think I did less due to lack of sleep going hungry for a large part of the day.
50 2010-02-01 I was hoping for more, but I guess a 16% increase is not too bad for a month. Did the pushups immediately upon waking up. Wonder how that affected things.
