Week 6 Day 3 2010-03-19 60 another 90s rest before the last set -- finished 41 nonstop, then 30s rest, then the last 19.
Week 6 Day 2 2010-03-16 58 90s rest before last set, but cranked them all out!

Week 5 Day 2 2010-02-03 45 finished first 7 sets with a little struggle on the last set. Waited 2 minutes to start last set, made 31, finished it out after another 30s.
Week 5 Day 1 2010-02-01 35 first 2 sets did 100 jumps on the jumprope as rest. next set had a 1 minute break, the last set I took about 4-5 minutes rest, but did them all in one go
Week 4 Day 3 2010-01-29 35 had to take a break at 23 on the last set and did them on Lizzie's carpet with the cat hair -- that messed my sinuses up :)
Week 4 Day 2 2010-01-27 30 did it after 3 miles into a 6 mile run. first 3 sets: no problem. 4th set I had to split up into 2 sets of 10 -- last set I ran about 3 sticks before starting it (6 minute rest) -- and got the 30 in
Week 4 Day 1 2010-01-25 25 finished all sets but the last one. Think the mile swim might have had something to do with the poor performance
Week 3 Day 3 2010-01-23 25 20 miles tomorrow with dead arms!

Week 3 Day 1 2010-01-19 17 week repeat was a good idea -- got to 14 on the last set and had to rest a bit longer
Week 3 Day 3 2010-01-15 21 made it to 15 on the last set without stopping. pushed out the last 6, going to do this week again
Week 3 Day 2 2010-01-13 19 did it in the middle of a 4 mile run. rested twice as long for the final set and still could only push out 10. Rested 10s, pushed out another 5, Rested another 10s, got the last 4.
Week 3 Day 1 2010-01-12 17 the plan said to start on week 3 based on my exhaustion test. Maybe shouldn't have done a .5 mile swim beforehand.. that and the blister from the goofy run didn't help this one. I had to do about 5 knee pushups to hit 17.
