Week 6 Day 1 2010-02-10 42 132 total- I dropped down to the easiest column
Week 5 Day 2 2010-02-03 28 148 total- was supposed to do a max of 40 but couldn't do it. So I'll try again Friday and possibly drop to the easier column.
Week 5 Day 1 2010-02-02 35 didn't do all the pushups for each set- so I added an extra set. 151 total.....and thats after indoor climbing. So we'll see how I do when I'm not already tired.
Week 4 Day 1 2010-01-26 34 122 total.....I'm a day behind- trying to get over being sick.
Week 3 Day 3 2010-01-23 34 total today was 123 can't skip a day even being sick- don't want to get off the schedule...hopefully I can keep this up- it's hard!
Week 3 Day 2 2010-01-20 25 100 total.
Week 3 Day 1 2010-01-19 23 83 total today.....tough! yikes!!!
Week 2 Day 2 2010-01-14 29 did this at work today since I ran outta time yesterday to do it! total pushups- 69. this is tough on the wrists
Week 2 Day 1 2010-01-11 22 58 total pushups....woohoo!
Week 1 Day 3 2010-01-08 20 52 pushups total tonight
Week 1 Day 2 2010-01-06 14 pretty sore.....
Week 1 Day 1 2010-01-04 15 did the second tier of full pushups.
