Week 1 Day 1 2010-11-23 5 Did Day 1 again. I've been sore since Saturday. Soreness is rejuvenated. I also went to the gym for the first time this evening. Feel wonderfully exhausted.
Week 1 Day 1 2010-11-20 5 After 8 months off, I'm starting over. I'm going to try column 2 this time, and while my arms are sore and I'm a little out of breath, I am hoping to continue this for a while.
