Week 3 Day 2 2010-02-06 25 I did 100 pushups today...a milestone but not the ultimate goal, which is to do 100 consecutive pushups with no breaks.
Week 3 Day 1 2010-02-04 25 I did 85 pushups today. Late start this week due to sore back and then giving blood yesterday...stay tuned for more excuses, coming soon!
Week 2 Day 3 2010-01-29 24 I did 85 pushups today. The 3 weekly sessions consist of 5 sets each day, with 1 to 2 minutes rest between each set. First "exhaustion test" is this weekend, when I'll do as many consecutive pushups, without a break, as I can. Ultimate goal is to be able to do 100 consecutive pushups after having completed the 6 week program.
Week 2 Day 2 2010-01-27 20 Did 75 total pushups today.
Week 2 Day 1 2010-01-25 20 Did 68 pushups today.
Week 1 Day 3 2010-01-22 20 Did 64 total pushups today
Week 1 Day 2 2010-01-20 12 Did 50 pushups total
Week 1 Day 1 2010-01-18 9 New year, New additude, New challenge!!! Trying to get past the Week 3 hump that has stopped me in the past.
