Week 5 Day 3 2010-03-03 52 Arms are tired as I type this. To be fair, I prolly took a 4 to 5 min break before the last set. To get mentally ready to do it, and I did! Thanks Music!! :)
Week 5 Day 2 2010-03-01 52 Watched sportsnation for the first few sets. They went smooth and then had to turn on the music to get in the mood to do the last set (45 or max). Got to 40 without stopping, and then had to take a quick breath for the last few. Feeling stronger!
Week 5 Day 1 2010-02-27 50 Felt pretty tired for some of the first few sets, but music def helped me kick ass in the last set.
Week 4 Day 3 2010-02-22 43 Got back from class and did the first 3 sets pretty well. Had to turn on the music for the 4th one, and set 5 (40 or max) was a good struggle. Whole body (arms/legs/abs) were all shaking! Good feeling, and ready to get my butt kicked Wednesday with W5D1!
Week 4 Day 2 2010-02-19 42 Took Wednesday off as I stayed up all night working on a midterm and was not feelin hot. Rested up thurs and tried this Friday after work. Did the 25/29/25/25 without music and it was a struggle. Did the last set (36 or max) and got 42 w/ the help of Bullet For My Valentine :)
Week 4 Day 1 2010-02-15 32 Stayed home to work on a paper, finished the paper then knocked out these. Had some smooth hip hip in the background (back home by the Blue Scholars). Max of 32 (the min) for the last set. Was a good struggle to get there but should pay off later :)
Week 3 Day 3 2010-02-12 30 No music, ate before doing them, distracted as drew and I were trying to fix the hole in the ceiling. Struggled, but managed to get through them.
Week 3 Day 2 2010-02-11 30 Didn't go ride the bike after class, and was up till 2am the previous night, so kinda tired. Was just watching sportscenter trying to put them off till David told me to just do 'em. That's what I did, and it felt good. Back to music today and got either 30 or 35 in the last set. I lost track and was just rockin out to the music :)
Week 3 Day 1 2010-02-08 25 Was pretty tired all day, and had class + a presentation so stressed a little about that. Got home and ate a snack and tried the set without pushups. Felt pretty good, but mentally I wasn't there. I felt I could have done a few more on the max of the last set, but I was just not feeling it, wonder if music makes that much of a difference?!?
Week 2 Day 3 2010-02-06 30 Was out too late Friday night, so I pushed these back to Saturday Morning. Got a lil snack in me and got'em done!
Week 2 Day 2 2010-02-03 25 Felt a lil tired from work and class when I got home. And didn't eat dinner, so I got a quick snack, turned on some "take it out on me" by Bullet For My Valentine and cranked them out. Music Helps :)
Week 2 Day 1 2010-02-01 20 Felt really fresh after a weekend of resting, and not riding the bike before hand.
Week 1 Day 3 2010-01-29 15 Cranked them out. Wobblie arms at the end for sure.
Week 1 Day 2 2010-01-27 13 Still felt sore after the crazy day one.
Week 1 Day 1 2010-01-25 10 Rode the bike 30 min's before. Also tried to start on week 3, got exhausted and so went down to week 1 and it kicked my ass but i squeaked by!
