Week 4 Day 3 2010-02-04 33 When I got to 20 on the last set I thought NO WAY!!! But I pushed and heaved and blew spit and gave it 110%, and managed the minimum maximum 33. I typed this with my tongue.
Week 4 Day 2 2010-02-02 28 I thought I was doing pretty good until I talked to Daniel Mee. He has been doing 500 pushups one night a week for a while. He does 10 sets of 50 with 5 minute rests. The guy is incredible! I'm so unworthy!
Week 4 Day 1 2010-02-01 26 first time I used the 'rest longer if needed' assist, I took an extra 30 seconds before the last set. I'm not so sure I can make it now.
Week 3 Day 3 2010-01-29 23 My arms are so tired I had to use plastic silverware at suppertime.
Week 3 Day 2 2010-01-27 21 Still with it! I'm feeling it though, and with the short rests between sets its psychological for me, kinda like water boarding - but without water.
Week 3 Day 1 2010-01-24 17 This is harder than it looks! I can do around 40 pushups after a run, but I've never done sets. New concept for me.

42 2010-02-07 Steve Petit used to do as many pushups as his age every day. I don't know if he's still doing that now that he's well in the fifties. I'm getting close!

26 2010-02-01 this one burned! I was at my limit.
23 2010-01-29 Those last 8 to 10 were hard! But I made sure I didn't cheat.
21 2010-01-27 I had to slow down on the last 10, I feel the burn!
25 2010-01-24 I can do more, but didn't want to start too high in the program
