Week 6 Day 3 2010-04-09 55 man this one was pretty tough compared to the last week plus they added more sets. but made it though. 9 sets of 22,22,30,30,25,25,18,18, and a max of 55 for a total of 245... Lets see where i am at the test this weekend... Still plan to continue with these sets again.
Week 5 Day 3 2010-03-27 50 The max was hard... I barely made the max, almost a fail. 20,20,24,24,20,20,22, max of 50 to total 200
Week 5 Day 2 2010-03-24 45 whoooo I struggled though the last part of this one. wore may ass out lol. 8 sets this week of 19,19,22,22,18,18,22, and max of at least 45... I had to pause to get my last 45 but managed. total of 185
Week 5 Day 1 2010-03-22 40 I thought that this would be hard than it really was although I did struggle some on the last set...5 sets of 36,40,30,24 and a max of at least 40... Totals to 170
Week 4 Day 3 2010-03-19 40 Damn this week was hard, had to push 5 sets of 29,33,29,29, and a max of at least 40. I barely pushed out the 40 but I made it... Time for an exaustion test
Week 3 Day 3 2010-03-12 30 Damn this week was tough. Still on the high scale, week 3 day 3 5 sets of 25,30,20,20,max of 28 but pushed 30. Week 4 should be a challenge on monday
Week 2 Day 3 2010-02-19 25 Damn it was tough but i made. Since it has been a week off i might have to knock out week 2 again...
