Week 1 Day 2 2010-02-12 10 the last set was hard i did 10 normal pushups instead of 12 but i didnt stop as soon as i realized i couldnt make the 12 i went for the knee position and did 10 more. this got my muscles more stiff and stronger... i guess it worked but next time i will try and make the last set no problem
Week 1 Day 1 2010-02-09 10 on week one day one i followed the workout routine in every set i did as many pushups as i was told.
