Week 2 Day 1 2010-03-02 60 repeat week 2 again. I'm still too weak T_T Couldnt perform even 1 good push up in good form (still using wall form). But i'm getting stronger for sure I can tell by looking at the result. Another week 2 and i'll move on to week 3. I know i've long way to go before i could do good form push up. 100 wall push up and then will move up to chair push up :D

Week 1 Day 3 2010-02-18 45 ahhh... i managed to go up to 45 today. It's kinda cool. My arms are a bit tired today (well duh! I managed to squeeze 30 minutes of hip hop abs before doing this) - but it's a very good feeling ^_^ Gambatte atashi XD
Week 1 Day 2 2010-02-12 35 hah! I pushed myself a bit harder today :D Arms are feeling like jello right now.
Week 1 Day 1 2010-02-10 30 30 wall pushup. Aiming for 40 wall pushup the day after tmr.
