Week 4 Day 1 2011-05-28 0 Did 2 yoga sessions that day and the first 4 sets of this workout... but at night I wasn't up to finishing cuz it was so hot out. Will move on to day 2 again though anyway.
Week 4 Day 3 2011-05-24 33 Spread it out a little during the day. My technique gets sloppy towards the end. I'm going to do this week again to make sure it's right before exhaustion testing.
