Week 2 Day 3 2010-05-07 25 took long breaks between the sets (snacked, brushed teeth), but I got through them all with a whopping 25 push-ups in the last set! Here is to upper body strength!
Week 2 Day 2 2010-04-27 17 starting again in week 2 - sets are tough, hopefully they will get easier in the coming weeks.....
Week 3 Day 1 2010-03-11 20 Today's sets were tough and I actually had to take a break in the middle fo the final set!
Week 2 Day 3 2010-03-08 23 Doing push-up's, wearing a face mask, and watching "He's Just Not That Into You"......classic Sunday night/girls night! :)
Week 2 Day 2 2010-03-05 18 Today's sets were tough, not sure why. Grand total is: 72 push-up's! Those last 18 were hard. (admittedly I did them on the floor in my cube space & luckily no one walked by, haha!)
Week 2 Day 1 2010-03-02 17 Got slightly off track, but I am back at it....today's grand total was 65 push-up's!
Week 2 Day 1 2010-02-22 16 It was hard to do the sets today, but then I surprised myself and did 2 add'l sets after the "max" set that were 12 & 14 reps! Grand total of 90 push-up's!!
Week 1 Day 3 2010-02-19 15 Today was tough. For future reference, do not try to do a set immediately after a Total Body Conditioning class! I had a hard time getting through the 3rd & 4th sets, let alone the last one.
Week 1 Day 2 2010-02-17 20 Today was a little tough - I did a lot of arm exercises yesterday, but I still made it to 20 on the
Week 1 Day 1 2010-02-15 20 doing several sets of a limited number of reps actually allowed me to do a lot of push-up's in the final set - more than I did during the initial exhaustion test!
