Week 3 Day 1 2011-10-19 20 ok... I forgot to do my pushups until after many beers and a nice relaxing time in the hot tub... but I still managed to prescribed workout. yay!
Week 3 Day 3 2011-10-15 10 target sets for w3d3 are 22, 30, 20, 20, 28+... I did 22, 30, 12, 13, and 10.
Week 3 Day 2 2011-10-13 13 supposed to do at least 25 on the last set... deja vu all over again.
Week 3 Day 1 2011-10-11 27 well, yep... day 1 is still hard. but my base from 4 months ago is helping a lot.
Week 5 Day 1 2011-05-30 14 I doubled the rest period to 2 minutes hoping that would allow me to get the reps done... but no. shooting for 36, 40, 30, 24, and at least 40... instead managed 36, 40, 22, 16, and 14.
Week 5 Day 3 2011-05-27 8 today's workout was supposed to be 20, 20, 24, 24, 20, 20, 22, and at least 50... what I did was 20, 20, 24, 24, 13, 8, 10, and 8...
Week 5 Day 2 2011-05-25 21 today was a different kind of workout than most.. 8 sets, 45 secs between... sets are 19, 19, 22, 22, 18, 18, 22 and at least 45.. I managed to complete all but the last set. Feels pretty good today.
Week 5 Day 1 2011-05-23 4 36, 40, 12, 11, and 4. don't know if that's an improvement over last week or not... I completed the second set this time, but the total number was lower.
Week 5 Day 1 2011-05-18 10 supposed to do 36, 40, 30, 24, and at least 40.. actual was 36, 33, 24, 12, and 10... there's a long way to go.
Week 4 Day 3 2011-05-13 41 finally got through week 4.
Week 4 Day 2 2011-05-11 40 Monday sucked, but today was a victory.
Week 4 Day 1 2011-05-09 26 sigh... a setback. was supposed to get 32 or more... got 33 last week. but this was after a bike ride... maybe that was the problem.

Week 4 Day 1 2011-04-18 26 26 is not enough... need at least 32... I guess I'll repeat week 4 again. I wonder how many weeks this will really take.

Week 4 Day 2 2011-04-13 10 way better than last week's day 2 of week 4... but needed at least 36 on the last set.

Week 4 Day 1 2011-04-04 10 Sets were supposed to be 21, 25, 21, 21, 32+... I managed 21, 25, 21, 10, 10... Perhaps I shouldn't have gone for that bike ride first.
Week 3 Day 3 2011-04-01 28 finally! I get to move on to week 4. I wonder how many times I'll have to do that one.

Week 3 Day 1 2011-03-28 31 still on week 3, but getting better. maybe I'll actually be able to move to week 4 next week.
