Week 6 Day 2 2010-05-17 56 218 in total. Way to late to do exercises today. Not quite 90 degree angle, but I did all the pushups in the last set without cheating!
Week 6 Day 1 2010-05-15 50 190 in total. Still have to do the exercises with more than 90 degree angle to be able to get through all the sets. Last set with one mini-break at 36.
Week 5 Day 3 2010-05-11 50 200 in total. Still not able to do the exercises with 90 degree angle. It's just too many!
Week 5 Day 2 2010-05-09 45 185 in total. Didn't quite do 90 degree angle today. Was starting out a bit late.
Week 5 Day 1 2010-05-07 40 170 in total. Had to do the last set with 120 degree angels instead of 90 degree, as usual. Was tired even before I started, so this was a gigantic feat.
