Week 5 Day 1 2011-05-16 55 Today was a good day. I hurt my left foot somewhere this weekend but it forced me to change my form. I found out I was extending the motion well past what's considered a "good form" situp today. Switching to the current style was actually much easier.
Week 4 Day 3 2011-05-14 50 Max set was PAINFUL today. I knew it would be bad. And since I didn't do them last night, Monday's set is coming that much quicker.
Week 4 Day 2 2011-05-12 42 Right on track. Starting to get tough though, not looking forward to Friday at all.

Week 6 Day 3 2011-03-08 55 I FINISHED the program! And I finished strong! 55 pushups on the max set. I'm gonna wait a few days then try the challenge! Crossing my fingers and hoping for the best!!
Week 6 Day 2 2011-03-05 53 I feel good about today's workout. I'm ready for day 3 and THE TEST!!
Week 6 Day 1 2011-03-02 50 I had to stop during the max set. This has definitely been the hardest one yet.
Week 5 Day 3 2011-02-25 45 Miserable... Absolutely miserable. I had to stop twice for the max set today. 100 pushups or not, I'll be glad to be finished with this next week...
Week 5 Day 2 2011-02-24 40 Felt good all the way to the max set. But I pushed it out.
Week 5 Day 1 2011-02-21 35 Skipped last Monday and Friday's workouts so I'm going back through week 5. Today was no joke. But I got through it. Bring on W2 D2!
Week 5 Day 2 2011-02-16 40 Skipped Week 5 day 1. Just my luck, the workouts get longer starting today. I had the reps but had to grind out the max set. Friday can take it's sweet time getting here.
Week 4 Day 3 2011-02-11 35 So much for BEASTMODE... I got through most of the workout without too much effort. The last two sets were tough. Still knocked out 35 for the max though.
Week 4 Day 2 2011-02-10 40 I was in BEAST mode today. Cranked out all the reps AND pushed out 40 on the max set. Bring on week 5.
Week 4 Day 1 2011-02-07 30 The max set was pretty tough today. Not looking forward to the rest of the week.
Week 3 Day 3 2011-02-04 30 Powered it out. I'm feeling the burn these days but I'm still getting through it. HALFWAY DONE!
Week 3 Day 2 2011-02-02 30 Starting to feel it. I felt a little fatigued at the end of this one. But it's done. Bring on day 3!
Week 3 Day 1 2011-02-01 32 Another good day. I feel pretty good. I could have forced out another three for 35 max but I didn't want to push it.

Week 2 Day 2 2011-01-26 35 I've gotten off schedule so I ended up doing pushups three days in a row. I'm hurtin' for certain but cranking out 35 in the max set feels good. I'm sore but I feel good.
Week 2 Day 1 2011-01-25 35 Max set was good today. I know I'm catching up to my level. I'm gonna be toast by next week.
Week 1 Day 3 2011-01-24 30 I should have done this on Friday. Or on Saturday... but at least I got it done. Hopefully tomorrow's not too tough.
Week 1 Day 2 2011-01-20 25 On track. I'm sort of cheating because I should be at a tougher level but I don't really feel like going at a tougher level. It feels good to be exercising again.
Week 1 Day 1 2011-01-18 20 Starting over from scratch. I got all the way to the 2nd to last workout last time. I feel much stronger starting out this time. Crossing my fingers to try and complete the program.
Week 5 Day 3 2010-04-12 50 Done, but my right arm is KILLING me.

Week 5 Day 1 2010-04-06 40 Stopped twice again on the max set. But the rest was reasonable. Just a few more workouts...
Week 4 Day 2 2010-03-24 40 Skipped a couple of days, I had a heck of a weekend. I missed both Friday and Monday, so instead of trying to carry on, I skipped back to last week, so I'll go twice this week and resume week "5" next monday. But I knocked 40 out for the max set tonight! Go Me!
Week 4 Day 2 2010-03-17 38 The first few reps are getting easier, but the last ones are getting to be impossible... But I'm glad I've stuck it out this far!
Week 4 Day 1 2010-03-16 32 (But just barely...) I really, really just couldn't push out the max set today. I had to stop twice. I'm hoping that I'm just worn down from this weekend!
Week 3 Day 3 2010-03-12 31 Today was pretty good, not nearly as bad as I thought it was gonna be, even pushed out 3 more than MAX today.
Week 3 Day 2 2010-03-11 25 Today sucked... Friday is gonna be miserable, I'm sure of it.
Week 3 Day 1 2010-03-09 23 I skipped the exhaustion test and went straight to week 3. It wasn't as tough as last week. Got to 23.
Week 2 Day 3 2010-03-06 20 Today was the first day I couldn't comfortably complete the final set. I really struggled to push it out. Made it though! On to Week 3!
Week 2 Day 2 2010-03-04 21 Felt really good today. Got back above 20 on the max set. I really thought I was gonna get to 22!
Week 2 Day 1 2010-03-02 17 Today was pretty tough. Not looking forward to Wednesday.
Week 1 Day 3 2010-02-28 16 Ended up losing 4 pushups in the final set today. I was hoping to keep going or maybe more. On to next week!
